I was going to post an overview of my plan for a playroom I’m helping my friend design. Then I woke up this morning to the news of the senseless tragedy in Vegas. So instead, I’m hoping we all pause for a few moments together to remember the dead. To mourn with those who have lost family and friends. And, to strengthen our resolve to shine light into dark places. That’s what I’m doing. There is time for playrooms and political discourse tomorrow – both are important in light of horrific violence.
But today, the important work is to soften our hearts.
